The quest for more..........................

Well I am at it again. My baby is running like a charm except for the ocasional SES light. Now I want more out of her and I should leave well enough alone. I was looking at cams last night and found a guy that will give me a set of 3400 aluminum heads for free. He's gonna charge $65 to port and polish them for me though. Since I wanted to do a cam anyway I'm thinking what the heck right, but here is my problem.

After sleeping on it I was I'm thinking just do my heads that are on there now and go with the headers and the cam and leave it at that. I know its not going to give me a whole lot but I just want a lil more out of her till I can do my turbo setup. Even then this work will help me get more out of a turbo so it will all pay off in the end.

The final thing is to just put the turbo and headers on the way it is and be happy. Yes it will cost less money and work since I'm not getting inside the engine but what fun is that? To do or not to do.......... that is the question?

Yea I was doing some reading on that and came across that. The final plan is to go with what I have now since I am problem free and just ad the turbo to the current setup. If it aint broke don't fix it so I'm just gonna add the cam, headers and turbo and tune accordingly. Should turn out pretty good so I'll keep you posted on the progress.
