What plugs work best in 1989 2.8 V6?
The guy I got to fix my car up told me the NGK V-power plugs I had in there are not for GM's because "They are meant for Honda's" and to buy AC Delco plugs. AC Delco plugs, for 6, runs me around 70$. What should I use?

AC delco plugs are veeeerrry cheap. They are also the best thing I have found for our cars. He doesn
t mean the fancy ones, he means the 2 dollar a piece copper ones. The fancy plugs tend to foul in our cars.

AC/D P/N R42TS or R43TSK for the 2.8 and 3.1, have six of the 42's sitting in boxes in my garage, gently used, in case I need them.

R43TSK if you're all stock... Go to a 42 if you have slight mods like better exhaust and better intake.

I went with a set of Champion coppers. About 4.49$ a set. I also bought a new cap, and rotor, and some wire spacers for my 68$ Bosch platinum wires. Runs like a champ, now. It acually has throttle response...

Don't think I'd ever spend $70 on sparkplugs, even if they're AC Delco's. . .
I got the bone stock AC's at Autozone for only $12 . . . seems to run better with those than the garbage Autolite's that were in it before
