88 2.8 Camaro RS stutter
88 2.8 Camaro RS stutter
Hello all, my roommate has an '88 2.8 Camaro RS. It has developed a strong stutter when you hit the skinny peddle quickly. We replaced the fuel filter, PCV valve, and took the cat off to see if that was clogged. None of those had any effect. Any ideas on what to check next?
It has started to become difficult to start when cold and it has a pretty good sized oil leak somewhere on the back of the engine. I don't think these are related but who knows.
Thanks for the help!

Re: 88 2.8 Camaro RS stutter
Ok I just read about the whole code thing (didn't know 88s had them). It is throwing a 25 (High temperature at manifold air temperature sensor OR Vacuum switching valve circuit open or shorted to ground OR High voltage at ATS sensor) and a 44 (Oxygen sensor lean).
