headers

i bought headers for my v6 i got the old onds off and i am going to be putting the new ones on shortly and i was looking through the parts and saw that the new ones come with springs and the old ones don't have any springs whatsoever on them and i was wondering where they would go and if they are even needed for the install!!!!!!

Re: headers

Those springs are for the ball joint on the driver side header to keep the joint tight since there is no gasket there.
