oil pressure switch

would you guys be able to let me know where the oil pressure switch is on a 91 3.1 v6...

Right above where the oil filter goes. You will see a wire harness going straight to it. Easiest to see when looking down at the motor from the drivers side.

alright i had seen it there but wasnt sure if it was that one... and is there only one or is there another one?

There's 2 on some. One's for the guage and one's a switch to kill the fuel if there's no pressure.

would you know where they are on the engine cause i replaced one and the pressures fine now but now that i turn off the car the fuel pump stays on and i can turn it off by unplugging the switch

Put the old one back in. If the fuel pump goes back to working the way it is supposed to then you were either given the wrong sending switch or its defective.
