cold start tube question

Car: 2001 Jeep 1984 S-10 daliy drivers
Engine: 1983 has a 305 1984 Trans Am
Transmission: 1983 has 350 tubo 1984 Trans Am
Axle/Gears: stock
cold start tube question
I am leaking fuel at the cold start tube at the fuel rail. I have put a new o-ring on it. the tube has a little play in it but the nut is bottomed out. Dont know y it is leaking. Help needed asap. And tanks for the help
