one more crank question.....

So we got the pulley off the damper, but how do you remove the damper itself? The puller is exerting a LOT of force, yet the damper hasn't budged. I'd just like to make sure you do pull the damper with a gear puller before I crank on it too much and break something.

You want to use something like this...


If you use the puller that looks like a claw you can mess up the balancer.

Timing chain is done and the car is almost back together. Thanks a lot everyone.
