I recently had the carb rebuild and ever since then once the car starts and builds some vaccum pressure (about 4-5sec) the car revvs and I have to shut it off. I have double checked the vaccum lines and they are hooked up right and I have held the throttle closed but it still dose it. If I can get in drive or reverse before the rpms get to high I can power brake it to controll the idle but when I let off the brake it dosnt seem to have and power. The thing has used gas like crazy I checked for leakes and I didnt find any but so far it has used 3gallons with about 20min worth of running. Neither me or any of the mechanics I know have any ideas of whats wrong
