Morning the loss of another 3rd Gen

Well, my dream car became a memory today. I rear ended another Thursday morning. The front end of the car is smashed in and came within microns of the engine. The rest of the car is in as good a shape as it ever was, and the drive train looks intact, it starts up and sounds ok, it just revs high probably due to everything being ripped out of it.

So I can think of no better way to honor its memory than to part it out to other F-Body lovers. Perhaps it can live on in some way.

Details:

1991 Firebird
3.1 V6
Automatic Tranny
FlowMaster Exhaust
Stock wheels (some people call this style cheese graders)
I also have an overhead console that never got installed in the car, (flashlight is missing), an extra steering wheel and airbag (slightly damaged, thats why I replaced them) and a partial set of black seat belts.
Power windows and locks
A/C although it did not work, I was told it needed Freon, which tells me there was a leak. The compressor does come on sooooooo.

It had body damage before, so some of the body panels are not in great shape, while others are useable. None of the glass is broken, but the wind shield was always cracked. The inside is fair. Hood was crunched so its not useful. I know the alternator is brand new with the receipt for the lifetime warranty, and the IAC is new as well. If anyone needs anything from it let me know and I will check on it, get pics, whatever. I'll give a fair price to anyone who is interested.

Oh well. I got to drive my dream car for a little while and that is more than most people can say. I thank the Lord for it, and I know he will provide for us no matter what. We are blessed in so many ways I cannot begin to go into them all.

Thanks everyone.
