WRONG!!

Many 3.4s have been ran of the 2.8 or 3.1L ECMs.

Yeah, but we get these same questions at least once a week, which shows that they don't search, and some of these questions only take simple common sense to answer.

Like: "Can I swap a larger engine inplace of what I have now?" Uhhhh, yeah, just depends on how much work you want to do that will determine what engine you would end up with.

Some noobie coming in and saying that another noobie forgot to post more information which the "correcting" post turns out to be wrong, or missinformed at least only serves to confuse.

I've always found that taking to the blatent non-sugarcoated, say it as it is approach will make who ever posted the incorrect or misleading information think twice about posting more inccorect or misleading "information" and maybe, just maybe do a bit of research first.

So far this thread could have been completed avoided by perfoming a search that would have taken about 2 minutes to find the answers to, which again, get asked WAY too often.

Have a nice day.

yeah umm stfu....did u not read where i said im just playin....and six shooter didnt take any offense so what is your deal? and we only drive v8s cause we know nothing about engine tuneing and took the easy and boring route? what the hell are you smoking...i see way more discussions about custom tunes for tpis then your lil sixes....i didnt come in here to talk crap about your engines but now ur causeing me to so o well.. i didnt buy my L98 IROC because i dont know how to tune or dont want a challenge....I got it because its one of the Top of the line examples of a Camaro that year...Not the ****ing base *** v6 model like you have. Why handicap myself with less displacement when a v8 is available and well cost me less money. It all comes down to what you want and I want a v8 you want a v6 good for you...You sound like a lil Ric er boy though when you say "you only drive a v8 cause you know nothing about engine tuning and took the easy boring route. " they are the only ones that complain about guys having bigger engines....so like i said b4 do me a favor and STFU AND GTFO!!!
