2.8 auto to 3.1 manual wiring harness question

Transmission: T5
2.8 auto to 3.1 manual wiring harness question
hey guys,
i know about the auto to manual swaps and 2.8 to 3.1/3.4/3.8 swaps but im doing both and i dont know which harness to use, the 2.8 or the 3.1.
i was checking out the junction box to the right of the brake booster from engine bay side and comparing it to the 3.1 one and the wires don't appear to be a match.
any input would be awesome
btw the manual trans is from a 3.1 as well
