Idle problems

Ok I have been running with out a MAf for just about a year now. The car runs fine when cold but as soon as it gets warm it idles rough like its going to stall but it never does only does this when stopped and in drive or overdrive.
Im getting codes 33 an 34 (no maf) and winaldl has o2 rich constently checked so im guesing it could be the o2 sensor due to the absence of the maf but I thought that when you dont run a maf you automatically go into limp home mode and the ecm dont even check the 02 readings.
