Fuel System problem, please help!

I have a 1992 Camaro RS that I pulled out of a back yard that has been sitting for 4-5 years. Im not getting any power to the fuel pump relay. I jumped the power wires while the relay was hooked up and the pump spins. Looking at the wiring diagram for the engine control system it says that there is an in line fuse for this sytem and it is fuse no. 3, 20 amp. Dose anyone know where this inline fuse may be located? I have already dropped the tank and replaced the pump, strainer, and pump pulsator. I pulled a tank out of a 91 because everything in the tank and the tank itself was coasted in like an inch of varnish.

If I remember correctly, the inline fuse is under the hood, passenger side, along the fender/hood line. If you look at where the air cleaner is (round cannister) on the radiator support is a terminal block.

From that block is a wire that runs along the passenger fender line. The fuse is in a small rubber boot like thing inline with that wire. It may actually be close to where the air cleaner is.

The fuse has 2 wires running in to it, obviously. One is red and the other is orange. I don't know if you will have another one next to it or not, but that's how you can tell the inline fuse that also runs the ECM constant power...
