How can i read codes from 1992 v6 camaro?
Hi i am new here,
A friend of mine has a 1992 camaro v6 which all of a sudden has the ses light lit, i read a couple of articles on how to check the ses light but is it the same for the v6? (paper clip trick, short the two upper right pins?)
And is their an online service manual for the 1992, v6?
Or maybe the list of the codes and what needs to be done to trace the fault?

buy a haynes manual.. their cheap.. and ur codes will be in there and yes all you need is a paper clip. i believe the manual will show you the trick.. so have fun with it.

i think autozone.com has partial repair guides. look up the part and then theres links to repair guides.
