Sounds?!?
Sounds?!?
When i Crank up my 91 Firebird it sounds like i am missing a cylinder what could my possible problem be? i also would like for no what engine swap i could do and have a possible 350 or a 305 mount up with the stock brackets.
Re: Sounds?!?
Check yer coil, plugs, and wires. you can do this at night. just start the car and pop the hood and it has to be pritty dark, and look for what looks like lightning bolts jumoing from wires to some thing that has ground. Hope this helpsKeith

Also make sure none of your vaccum lines are touching your plug wires at the distributor . I ran into this with my car it was causeing a dead miss . For some reason the vac line was touching one of my wires and it wasn't fireing past the cap on one cylinder so I moved the vac line away from the wires and haven't had a problem since .
