im helping a friend do a top end swap on his 92 3.1 were putting on the 97 3100 top end , heads, intake the whole high flow top end but we need headers and cant find any can anyone please help us, dose any one know where to get the D port flanges?

 

What are you doing about the distributor?

RWD headers will work, just have to open up the mounting holes as the ports are in the same position...just pay attention when doing so or you might cover part of the port with the header flange.

If you want to make your own headers, I have some flanges I made on my CNC machine that are a direct fit and even have a stop in the bottom for easy welding (they are for 1.625" primaries).
