acceleration
Alrighty, I got a 1991 camaro rs and i just replaced the plugs(previous owner didnt put matching ones in)and plug wires cause one was broke...now my first ? is do the lengths of the wires matter to which plug they go to...I put them in the correct spots...and with that would that affect the acceleration
When i step on it it revs way up and seems like i gotta let off then step back on it for it to go or takes awhile to catch on

Re: acceleration
Length does matter in a dyno/mathmatical way....but are you going to notice it in the "seat of your pants" NO. Make sure those plugs are on in the right order on the cap(refer to Hanes manual)...the way you describe it "...revs way up and seems like i gotta let off then step back on it..." it sounds like you have a transmission problem. Check your trans fluid to make sure your at a good level. A 700R4 will cook the higher clutch packs REAL FAST if you run down on fluid. Pretty much you will end up with first and second...which is fun if your live in a town with only a 30mph zone but its not fun anything more then that and also puts alot of wear(heat) on your tranny and will also kill your mileage.

I like that....ya if you added fluid and it still is doing it you burned out the clutches...time for a rebuild....give theses guys a shout....if you have to rebuild mind as well rebuild it for some fun times right?....check this link...
