Speedo/Tach/Odometer not working properly

I am currently trying to repair my 3.1L 90 Firebird and I am starting to notice that my Speedo is taking vacations after just a few mins. of driving. The Tach and the Odometer are also starting to do the same thing. Temp, Fuel and the other dash lights and indicators are all working great though. The engine has been swapped out for an AC Delco short block rebuild 3.1L (same engine just newer) and the Trans (700-R4) also received an $800 dollar, rebuild not to long ago (still the same trans, all be it with beefier parts, could take a grand national engine or so I am told.) I have also swapped out the stock wires and plugs for 8mm Accel wires and high quality plugs. This car also has a cat back Flowmaster exhaust.

I am posting this here because I am not an electronics expert on this car and even though I have a factory manual on this car, I could really use some help. I really do not want to have to tear the dash out again, (stock column was replaced with a more lightly used one which meant digging the key security box out from behind the dash) if I do not have too.

I apologize if this seems really long winded but in my very limited experience with electronic and cars, every detail helps an I really do love this car.

Any ideas and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
