Not sure offhand, but try summitracing or advanced auto. If you don't find one there let me know, I'm sure I can find one online somewhere...

If your dealer can't order one through one of their ancient books, look online on eBay or even some of the online dealership parts departments. Other than that, only a junkyard will have one, unless you want and have the skills to make one.
