Can't get rid of Code 44. Now getting Code 13 too

I've been battling to get rid of Code 44 for about a month or more now. Today I got Code 13.

13. Oxygen sensor signal stays lean during warm engine cruise
44. Oxygen sensor lean

I've replaced:

  1. Knock Sensor
  2. Oxygen Sensor
  3. IAT
  4. Ignition Coil (I have an ignition problem hence why I mention this)
  5. Tightened Header bolts due to a little exhaust leak
  6. Replaced the EGR gasket
  7. Redid the timing with EST disconnected to 12* (used a cheap timing light). Once I reconnected the EST the timing went up. I don't know if thats typical or not. Maybe it's still not right? I dont know. However if I put my ear to the engine and rev it a little I do hear a little knocking. So maybe it's still not right? Cheap timing light where you can't set the flashing light to desired timing.
  8. Replaced the Fuel Filter about 2months ago.
  9. Did a tune up (cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs (gapped)) about 2 months ago also
I don't know if it's worth mentioning but when I turn on the car the belt tension pulley squeals a little bit but if you give it a tap it'll stop squealing. Is this a sign that it needs to be replaced?

Also I have this weird sound from the driver side which I really don't know how to describe. It sounds like electricity yea like I said I don't know how to describe it properly. I'll attempt taking a video of it later after work.

Please any and all help would be much appreciated!!

Code 13 means there is an error in the O2S circuit, and code 44 means low voltage in the O2S circuit. Chances are that either a wire got melted to the pass side exhaust manifold or the y-pipe, or the sensor pigtail came out of the sensor or is otherwise broken. You'll need to pull apart the wire loom and find out what's going on since you've already replaced the O2S.

Took another look at your problem. You might want to get a fuel pressure gauge and take a pressure reading. Should be more than 37 PSI when running.
