My 1991 rs camaro 3.1L v6 has been running rough for the past few months in the winter. It has been sputtering alot until it is completely warm. sometimes a lean exhaust code comes up but doesnt stay on long. i changed my O2 sensor and my air intake and air filter. also a few times i have started it up and it pretty much just dies and just cranks but wont start. i need some help figuring out this problem thanks.

 

what's your fuel pressure at? cuz clearly your not getting enough fuel in the cylinders.

 

last time i checked it was okay. ill have to check it again ill let you know.

 

my fuel pressure at the rail is 42 pounds. would you think it could be a bad vacuum line?
