There's not alot of information in your posting... I'm assuming it started before you did whatever work. "The starter motor won't move" ... it doesn't make any sound at all? No clicking? Cranking? Did you re-connect the battery after doing the injector work? When you turn the ignition key, do you get any dash lights? Need some more information.

Check the CRANK 5A fuse in the fuse box... Also check to make sure no wires got pinched or anything when you put the engine back together, as this will only kill the fuse again.

Re: Engine won't start
Battery could still be dead, when my buick century broke the battery(things on this car don't break, IT breaks THEM) anyway, it cranked fine, then cranked slower, then slower, then not at all, but weird thing was, I still had full electric, so I thought it was the starter naturally, now I couldn't pop my hood because the release cable was broken, and It was freaking snowing and I have no garage, so I wasn't about to **** with it, but point here is, even if you have full electric battery might be too low, so don't rule that out just yet

Re: Engine won't start
I took the starter motor down to advanced auto parts and it turns out that it just went bad, so I got a new one , everything works fine now.
