Figured I should post SOMETHING!!!
So I dont even remeber the last time I posted on this site... Anyways I finally smoged my Camaro after not driving it for a 1 1/2 years. How I missed driving it. Just a little background I purchased the car in 98 when I was a sophmore in highschool with 129,000 miles. I have owned the car 12 years 300,000+ miles on the origional engine the odometer stopped working in 2004 at 253,000 Miles I did get that famous 250,000 mile photo that I lost. I am amazed that after not turning the car on for a year I changed the oil put the battary back in and it fired right up with no issues just a little black smoke. Eventually I will rebuild the engine and fix the body from were the **** was so kind to back his truck into my door. Now time to read some threads after several years lol.

Re: Figured I should post SOMETHING!!!
Thanks feels good to be driving it again... I agree I have beat that engine into the ground and it still goes overheated it a few times still goes redlined it still goes I can honestly say it has been a good car to me. To say it is my first car is one thing but to still have it running with no rebuild on it is another. I can feel how tired the engine is and it has some interesting vibrations and you can hear the lifters but it turnes on and goes. I cant wait to have some money to fix it up to how it was back in 98 engine trans paint interior and maybe an AC that works lol. Best part is everypart has a lifetime warranty on the car now except the engine and trans lol.
