Hey guys, where i live it rains a lot, but lately when ever i drive in rain, my car starts to studder, and a few times it has stalled on me, but the thing is it only happens when it rains. and ive been driving for a while, also the SES light turns on and when i turn off the carr it goes away.

 

I would start checking for a cracked distributor cap. This will cause you fits. Also check the wiring coming from the ignition module. If there are any breaks in the insulation, it will allow moisture to enter the wire. I am leaning towards a cracked distributor cap. Pull it off and see if there is any moisture under it. If there is, thats your culprit.
