I adjusted the TV Cable and it shifts completely different. My question is what RPM's should it be shifting in each gear?? Thanks!!

Depends on the year of car, the motor, and the governor inside the trans. Chances are if you've adjusted the TV cable, the car's shifting where it should've been.
Either that, or if your cable was so far out of adjustment, your trans has been starving for fluid all these years, and can't run at proper pressure anymore. I don't think it's that, though, you'd have noticed bigger problems earlier.

Its an 89 RS 2.8. It seems to be shifting very high like at 4500 RPM's into 2nd and 3rd, before it never even reached there, is this right, or am I just not used to it?? The shifts are firmer though.
