how many cubic inches.

the new 2.8 that i'm getting from the Engine Shop is supposed to be bored over .40, i'm wondering how many cubic inches that'll equal. Any help, or equations will be greatly accepted.

2.8(173ci)+.030 overbore = 2.9(176ci).
With a .040 overbore it would still be a 2.9,probably no more then 177 to 178 ci.

hey two questions for you, and one of these goes into answering another question, but...

#1)if you bore a 2.8L .060 over what would you have,

and #2)if i bore a 3.4(207ci) .060 over, what would i have? just curious is all...

and how do you do your calculations? if you could tell me id be answerin my own questions lol. anyway, thanks ..
