I didn't tilt the engine a bit on those, so try putting it back up, get a 15mm open faced wrench and a pipe that will fit over it. Then, with the engine at regular angle, put the wrench on the bolt head from the top, facing up from behind the distributor, get one person to just reach in with theior hand and hold it on there so it doesn't come off, and then you or your partner crank on the pipe (recommend at least 1 foot, 2 would be better). It'll go, mine did.

I used a 1/2" drive breaker bar, long extension, and socket (18mm?) to get the bolts off.
Before that I was trying with 3/8" drive stuff, and it was twisting up-- absorbing my torque. It took me all night to break two bolts free! After I asked my dad to take me to Sears for the 1/2" drive extension, it took me 20-30 minutes to get the rest off.
