Axle/Gears: 2:73 Posi, 3:27 Borg Warner 9 Bolt
Trans Poly Mounts

Only see applications for v8 firebird and camaros not 6s Will it work for my for my tranny(700r4)?

Welcome to TGO. You probably have that awful oil-filled mount, which to replace is very expensive. I'd suggest buying an OE one-piece cross member and using an OE rubber mount, which is around $7.00. More about mounts here:

If you don't have the oil-filled, one mentioned above should fit.

yeah ive gone through 2 rubber mounts in a year

I couldn't take the vibration involved with poly or Prothane, so even though my car is highly modified, I went rubber. Anyway, good luck with your project.

Short answer is yes, the poly mount will work just fine. Long answer is that you need to find the oil leak that's poisoning the rubber mounts. I guarantee there is one. Unless you have a highly modified engine putting out gobs of torque, that mount should last longer than a year (my original lasted several and even through the trans swap before it crapped out). Oil destabilizes the rubber in the mounts (and everything else, which is one of many reasons why you don't use oil-based fluids in the brake system), making it softer and more prone to splitting. Plus, I've found the newer cheapo mounts are VERY cheaply made...
