In a ram-air setup what do you do with the MAF sensor. Can you include it or just leave it out. If you need it then where do you put it.

Oh heck yeah you need the MAF; it measures the amount/speed of the incoming air. It should be left in it's spot; as a tube between the throttle body and air box.
