i have a 89 2.8l v6 camaro. the problem is that when i start the car to let it warm up before i drive, i find a large amount of black stuff on the ground behind the cars exhaust. unburned fuel. i also have a really good cloud behind me when i hit it right after i start driving. it pulls real hard and it moves. as i drive a little longer the car seems to bog down real bad if i hit it. i have to let up on the gas in order for it to go. i have been watching it for a while and found that i get 13 miles to the gallon regardles of how i drive it. i know that is low. when i first got the car i changed plugs, wires, cap to no avail. i have been driving the car for about a year and it is time to get inspection done, smog test. she wont pass. hc's are high as well as co's. i thought about replacing the plugs, wires, cap, coil, and rotor with all performance parts. please give suggestions on parts and problems. thank you
