Injector removal

I'm pulling my injectors so I can possibly replace the bad ones with junkyard ones just to get it to pass smog. I pulled the intake plenum off so I can get to the fuel rail. I bled off the pressure in the lines and disconnected what I assume are the incoming and return fuel lines. I think I see how the fuel rail comes off, but what I want to know is this: Once the fuel rail comes off, will I need to replaces the seals on all the injectors? Can I just pull it off, pull the injector I need, replace it, and put it all back together without messing with anything else?

Thanks,
Brandon

Pretty much correct!
Watch the wires you pull. Mark each injector wire, FIRST!!
Then pull wire, take off fuel rail as a unit in your hand.
Replace each injector ONE AT A TIME.
Lube rubber seals at end, and insert evenly into manifold, then connect wiring, then attach intake.
I just did this for my 2.8-3.4 swap.
WATCH OUT AS SOME PLASTIC MAY BE SACRIFACED. You can still have it work correct, tho. Did you get shower head injector spray or pintle style?

While its off you might as well replace the O-rings.

They are about $15.00 and available at most auto part stores.

CSUS, bummer, you didn't have to disconnect any fuel lines. When I swapped out my 208,000 mile injectors for a blueprinted set from http://www.cruzinperformance.com , I left the fuel lines attached- except for the cold start valve line, which your car might not have (you didn't mention the year or engine.) Anyway, I removed the TB, removed the plenum, removed the rail-to-manifold bolts, and just swung the rail to a tray I had placed on top of the radiator.

Also, check out these messages; they say basically the same thing KED85 just did:
