V6 Headers?

I'm wondering...I would like to see 190-200HP out of my '89 Camaro...

I was thinking about these mods:
High flow cat
Flowmaster
Performance chip
K&N Airfilter & ram air

So now I guess its at about 160hp or so with those mods?
Are there performance headers out there for the V6 that could help take me to my target HP? what tyoe of power gain could a decent pair of performance headers give me?

Headers wont help much untill you are at a higher RPM. To get the maximum HP, you need a certain amount of back pressure. factory manifolds are fine for your engine, headers wont help unless you plan on running 6,000 RPM+ which we all hope you dont plan to do. Headers are also a pain in the A$$, you have to retourque them and they tend to leak easily.

Nah, headers will help. Everyone that's ever put them on has seen a gain. They won't work miracles though; dont' expect 50 hp out of them
