Non thirdgen but please help
My friend is working on a 94 Mustang (yeah I know) at the garage he works at and asked me to find a page for Mustang trouble codes. I've searched the internet for the last hour or so and as soon as it seemed like I found the right page for it that page was closed. He said the engine light was coming on. I know you can't pull the codes like on our cars but is there a page for the codes anywhere?

Yeah, the code is real simple, comes out as two number and a letter, as follows:
CODE: 11-A
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I'm a POS car
HOW TO FIX: Pack cylinders with C-4, step back a safe distance, detonate
CODE: 14-B
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I'm a POS car
HOW TO FIX: Pack cylinders with C-4, step back a safe distance, detonate
CODE: 72-H
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I'm a POS car
HOW TO FIX: Pack cylinders with C-4, step back a safe distance, detonate
CODE: 38-D
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I was owned by a girl you wish you had
HOW TO FIX: Sell the mustang, get an F-body, that's what women want
CODE: 42-R
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I'm a POS car
HOW TO FIX: Pack cylinders with C-4, step back a safe distance, detonate
CODE: 10-Z
COMPUTER IS SAYING: I'm a POS car
HOW TO FIX: Pack cylinders with C-4, step back a safe distance, detonate
Hope this helps!!!!

Have you checked out (I don't want to put this link up, but) http://www.thecorral.net ? I think they had a diagnostic section in their tech area. I also seem to remember tech codes being in the Haynes Manual I bought to fix a friend's '88 Mustang...

How about doing like I do, sometimes.
Go to the local parts store, crack open the repair book for that model and read for your answer, put it back
I've been doing this to discover what size sockets I need to replace the oil pressure sensor switch at the oil filter housing on my 85 Firebird. And to be sure I can take the oil gauge sensor off my S-10 Blazer engine to use, so I need not spend any $$.
Those idiot light oil switches take a 26mm socket.
Gotta buy tools!
Tom, thanks for the Mustang site.
