I've got a Dynomax cat back with the super turbo on my 85 2.8 5-speed. at aroung 3k rpm, it gets an annoying and "*****" buzz all the way up to redline. I got rid of of it by adding the dynomax bullet muffler along the i-pipe, which acts like a resonator. I've also got a dynomax hi flow cat on it and the thing sounds great! no more buzz, and a great bassy burble at idle! have fun....

Yep, that's the "intermediate pipe".

ok AntiVtec I found it. It looks kind of like a glass pack. Btw you are running the superturbo muffler ANd the bullet muffler? if you are running both, where did you locate the bullet muffler at on your exhaust?

Yep, i'm running both the super turbo and the bullet magnum race muffler. I've got my bullet muffler about a half foot before the i-pipe bends to go up and around the axle. Might be slightly different for you but thats where i get the best clearence. it doesnt really matter where it is on the i-pipe so long as its not touching anything. good luck!
