Can you do it? Yes. IT would help if you had TBI though, which you don't. To my knowledge, it never came on our cars. You've got carb or MPFI.

Well, the S10 Blazers DID come with 2.8 L TBI engines. I had one. Maybe he has a swap out of that. Or possibly you're thinking that since our MPFI does have a Throttle Body, then it's TBI.
