Reno goes V8, now I;m going V8...

I have to have more power, so I;m saving up for a 4th gen Z28, I plan on adding duals, slicks(for the track)intake, and ground effects. Its probably going to be a few months before I can get it, but I cant let Reno, in his 350 formula, kick my *** next time he comes down to the track!

I wouldn't say so much sellouts... just "limit reached". Both 3.1Firebird & Reno did a lot of work to their V6's... it's not like they got the V6, had it for a month, and went V8! Hell, I should probably do that now, but on "my timeline" that's a few years away. (As in, when I get my own garage & driveway, and can have a project car!)

Why not an S2000?

While driving the S2000 two weeks ago I lined up with a modded type-r (bolt ons) and I smoked it in 1st gear!!!

Although I suspect the type-r being faster in the auto-x. Just depends on what you want.

ill take a 4th gen z any day. they arent the meanest looking cars out there, but my dad brought home a white Ls1 with white leather...and auto (booooooo!) and i had to idle it down the road to keep it at 40..those things are BEASTS. same with a 2000 trans am with flowmasters headers and hurst shifter that he brought home..now THAT was a damn rocket ship and looked flat out mean
