85 Camaro V6 Rear Rattle help!

Axle/Gears: stock
85 Camaro V6 Rear Rattle help!

So this past weekend i was working on my Camaro when i decided to lean on the rear quarter panel on the passenger side when all of a sudden i hear a rattle noice coming from the rear axel so i push the rear side of the car side to side and i could feel the rear body shifting from side to side is this normal

I would check the panhard bar bushings. I had these go out on my old car and it would make noise every time it went from side to side.

Also check the sway bar bushings... That thing makes an awful rattle when one of those lets go.
