fuel filter help

where is it located and is there any special tools needed to remove or is it just a wrench

i tried looking behind the driver rear tire but couldnt find it

It's under the driver's side just ahead of the rear wheel well... You'll want a drain pan under it to catch the gas that will stream out when the filter comes off.

it might be a new pump but i just wanted to try the filter first the issue im having is the car looses power no matter what gear im in p r n d d 2 1 it wont rev past half throttle hafter that the car just kinda dies out
