question,

when i when to turn on my A/C the other day i noticed it wasn't working. i looked under the hood and saw that the inside of the compressor clutch housing was noe turning the compressor, dose that mean my compressor is shot or the clutch, i think i hear the clutch ingaging but i don't know. please help

Low pressure switch took over and said, no compressor. If low pressure, it saves the compressor from being a hunk of metal!
You need freon (has oil for compressor) or have a leak that let out the freon, I'll bet.
