mystery hose???
near my winsheild washer tank and battery there is a skinny little hose that has a Y-pipe in it
one hose from the Y-pipe is disconnected from whatever it should be connected to
or is this some sort of a drain???

i got yelled at by a cop today too. i did a brake stand on a small side street a coupla days ago, and tonight i was parked at a convenience store and a cop yelled at me for layin a 20 foot long strip of rubber in front of his house (oops). i guess i wont be screwin around in that town no more!

Thats the hose then. If you look under your driverside fender you will see liek a little ball with 1 or 2 hoses i think goign to it hook that hose up when i get a chance ill look at mine. I orderd the filter tongiht shold have it mid next week
Hey, a question about the same area. Just above that ball, between the fender and frame ther are two circle thingys withe air inlets. Are those part of the cruise too? or are they high pitched wildlife wistles? maybe another piece of the air induction?

That's your horns; one's a low pitch, the other's a high pitch. I kept the horns from my parts car; I always meant to put them on the passenger side through a relay, and get one helluvaloud blast. I use my horn a lot when some moron pulls a stupid manuever that almost costs me the car.
