Rough idling......?

Engine: 3.1L V6
Transmission: T5
Rough idling......?
Hey guys, Sometimes when I start up my car it seems like it's gonna die. Sometimes when I start the car the rpms drop to 500 rpms. And it kind of seems like it's going to die. If I leave it alone the car kind of revs it to 750 so it doesn't die. But this only happens once in a while. Whenever I drive with this happening and I go and stop at a circle K or something. It will start up and there will be no problem with the idling. What would cause this?

Bad vacuum hose, I'll bet.
Or could be what Tom P suggests IAC is dirty.
Could also be worn out timing chain
