Well i changed my mind

After pondering it the past few days and then seeing the V8 big blocks in the 3rd gens in the motor swap section i went and ripped up the for sale signs. --- (cheering ensues) BUT i also decided to go and install a V8 in the car and am actively looking at how to do it. Will be a carbed 383 stroker or a 406... Haven't decided as of yet. STILL trying to figure out how to get a car thats supposed to have a v6 passed as a V8. thats the easy part... the swap is allowed but a tpi v8 that will be a carbed V8 will be the prob as texas has emissions testing. The over all swap don't seem that hard, maybe a month of time in total working on weekends. But i still have lots o questions on it... anyways thats abit away, thought i would let ya know i am keeping her... well, unless i get a real good offer in the near future - lol....

Suggestioin?
Do as I once did, sell the running drivetrain, now.
Pull it and pocket the cash for the next project.
You'll have room in two places.
Engine bay/tranny & garage!
I do have a 400 block back here, for sale.
IF correct, already machined and filled, no top end.
I can check with a quick phone call, if requested.
My machinist worked with **** Guldstrand and used to race Craig Breedlove.

I'd say go with that 400, or even a 455.

I cannot believe that this lame-o system will not allow me to write Richard(**** ) Guldstrand name.
And you can buy a rust free California car for a dime a dozen out here at the local wrecking yard.
In fact, I know of a V-8 Z-28 right now. MAY be a T-Top.
Call 818-768-3350, ask for Donny, tell him Karl sent ya.

I'll find out, I believe he was asking about $1200 or so.
IF ya like, I'll give ya the guys number, BUT.....
I'll talk to him soon (it's 7am, SAT, now to early!) and I'll pass his number for ya to talk to him.
Remember I am 3 hours behind ya (12pm=9am).
I also know of another 400 block, complete, but, I DO NOT believe it's 400. I tried checking codes and I just wasn't sure. Comes with carb, too, cast iron intake.

This other one, it's the real thing, already done. And filled.
