When mine was bad d replace a sensor and another one would go bad basicly i ended up replaceing all my sensors lol then my tranny went. The reason the tranny went is because the computer would not take the Tranny out of lock up and it totaly ****ed it up it was cool considering when it went i was raceing and i literly smoked the guy all you could see behind me was a cloud of smoke
goto Auto zone and get the test for the ECM. They can print out a little slip telling you a step by step procedure on how to test it. You will need a Multi meter, if you dont have one you need to get it, its an invaluable tool to the Fuel Injection world, and a test light and some spare wire. It will tell you whats wrong. Diagnosed mine in 20 minutes.

Have you re-set the computer lately? Those might be old codes... and the way your car sounds, it seems like it just needs a tuneup. Is the Serv Eng Soon light on? If you had codes 33 and 34 stored from long ago, and you're throwing a code 54 now (fuel pump circuit), the computer will still show you all 3 codes.
Best idea is to reset the computer (unhook NEGATIVE battery cable for 5 minutes, reconnect), and go for a drive- 1/2 hour away from your house, and a 1/2 hour back to home. If your SES light pops on, when you get home, check for codes... the old codes will be gone, and you should only have the "current" error code.
The a/c lag and mileage sound like tuneup issues;, no kick-down sounds like a TV cable that's fallen way out of adjustment.
