What's the affect a battery charger has on an alternator??

What's the affect a battery charger has on an alternator??

Topic says it all. Does it kill it in any way?

Nope, unless u connect the power and ground directly to the alternator! If u did that, u either wanted a new alternator or just plain stupid

yup no effect unless you have absolutly no clue on how to connect it.
