hard hitting near tranny when braking

ok, wehn i hit a bump, let off the brake, let of the gas i get this loud hard jitting sound and thunk from right near my tranny. i just replaced the mount. someone told me this could possibly be my tranny. any ideas?

Recheck your mount.. make sure it is bolted solid and that if you push up on it the thing does not have any cracks..
