Are our V6 cars worth much?
Hey guys. I might be getting a white 95 trans am with a six speed, ttops, and pretty low miles for 6000 dollars!! And I might have to sell my camaro. Now my car is far from mint. There is a dent in the drivers side fender and the passenger side mirror has been ripped out of the door. I have another fender for the car because I was going to fix the car. I have 107,000 miles on it. It is polo green and is a 92. Oh, it will need a paint job. I have been offered like 2500 before they found out it was a 6 cylinder. Then they dropped it to 500 dollars. I ran the blue book value and they said my car is worth 3300 dollars. How much should I ask for my car?

I'd rather run last in a full out race, than to NOT have run at all"

I think any Camaro's value depends on the geographical region of the country where it is being sold. I think the ones here in the northeast are going for more than ones in the south or out west. If you did the bodywork and got it painted then you might be able to get $3-5000 (depending on condition) around where I live.
$2500 is fair. It might take a while to sell it... especially since winter is on its way.

86 Trans Am w/ built 355TPI with SLP goodies and too much other stuff to List. One sweet *** car, wish I would have had a good enough Job to pay insurance on three cars so I could keep it, but for a 89 Turbo Trans Am w/ Low miles, I think I made the right choice!

actually cars go for alot more out here in AZ. i paid 1500 for mine here. no rust. thats the big thing. in MI, where i used to live, it would have been rusted to the frame, and it wouldve been about 800 or so. heres the private party value(88 camaro in fair condition 140k) from detroit MI: $1240 here in phoenix AZ:$1565
