Noisy head

I have a click sound coming from my #5 cylinder. It sounds like a loose rocker arm bolt, or maybe a bent pushrod, or a collapsed lifter or something. Is there anyway that I can better diagnose this problem without guessing and checking. Or is there an oil additive that could make a noisy lifter a little quieter. Thanks for any help.

Might be a valve tap of a loose spark plug wire causing a spark. My friend had a valve tap on his honda. He put it on his engine cleaner machine thingie at work and now you dont hear it anymore.
