Secondary Vacuum Break TVS

Hi,

Anyone with an early V6 Firebird/Camaro. The baffle on my air cleaner doesn't open to take air from the manifold when the engine is started from cold. Looking at the emission hose routing diagram on the fan cover there is a Sec Vac Break TVS on the air cleaner. I can't find this on mine. Looks like it was removed. Also from the diagram, port G on the Varajet Cab goes to this TVS but that goes straight to the Seconday Vac Break at the side of the Carb.

Anyone have a picture for this or is it called something else as I can't find it on a search on the internet.

Thanks.
