Does anyone know where the HECK to get a manual flywheel for a 2.8 liter pontiac? Can has T5. I've called everywhere. And if autozone can't get it for me, I don't know who can. Junk yard? Thanks, also how hard would it be to install?

I pulled one out of the local pick-a-part. I think it cost me around $15. It needs to be resurfaced though. About $30. You gotta pull the tranny to install it so access to a lift would really help.

Did you try your local dealer?

EDIT: Oh yeah, thanks for stretching out the screen.

Actually it's 800 x 600. My monitor is pretty small though....

Well, then the auto zone you work at must be a SUPER HAVE EVERTHING auto zone. Because I asked them and they said, NO. They can't even get one for me. So, you just go back to your goody perfect auto zone.

Sounds like an F-d up can't help the customer autozone to me... They HAVE access to these parts, just some of them are too stingey. You're not important to them so **** em !

I'd say go to the nearest U-pull-it yard and get one... at the very worst they'll have to pull it for you. There will be many more camaros than firebirds I'm sure, but it's the same part for both 2.8L T-5 F-bodies.

Once you go to a U-pull-it yard you'll never be the same... I'm goin back for a 4th time this month next friday or saturday cuz they just got another 'bird in the yard (number 2!)... was just there today, but it's gonna be a week til I get to take stuff
