!!!!! its not my tranny mount!!!!!

recently I post a topic in which I state that my rear end was knocking. I gain a lot of advice. anyway today I lifted my 92 rs up and took a look. my tranny mount is in perfect shape. so its not the tranny mount. my bushings are a little cracked could that be it? or maybe I could have broken a gear in my axle?? please help!

yo...my IROC had the same problem....the torque arm was loose and would let the rear rotate untill it hit something and you would get the knock. Check it out....the two big bolts and then they ones buy the tranny.

also check the torque arm bushing, they rot out easily and cause the same thing. Every time you do a hard or even semi hard accel Click Click Boom!.
